gentle yoga
Gentle Yoga combines gentle movement with breath. Gentle yet focused--this class allows students to work therapeutically with the breath and movement and is perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class will delight in the soothing nature and quality of this class.
hatha yoga
Hatha Yoga is also known as hatha vidya or the "science of hatha" yoga. The word Hatha comes from combining the two Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon. All levels are welcome.
raja yoga
A multi-level class designed to help students with breath work, centering, intention, warm ups, asana (yoga poses), brief meditation and savasana.
prenatal yoga
Practicing yoga in pregnancy helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension and maintain good posture. Prenatal yoga also teaches you to relax with cues and keep a positive outlook while clearing the mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and motherhood. A terrific way to help prepare the mind and body for labor, delivery and parenting.
qigong
QI Gong or Chi Kung literally means working, mastering the energy. It is known for its slow rhythmical movements, deeply involved with breathing and self-consciousness. Practicing it greatly benefits physical and emotional health. Regular practice of Qi Gong promotes the health of the lungs, strengthens the legs and knees, improves posture, improves balance and flexibility, reduces stress, improves memory and increases self-confidence. Qi Gong integrates breath and specific movements thereby facilitating the free-flow of Chi (life-force) through the body

relaxing flow yoga
A deeply relaxing class with Keli Ackroyd where you will open the hips and spine by synchronizing breath and movement. The perfect way to begin or end your day.
vinyasa yoga
This class starts with centering and a warm-up sequence, moves into a standing flow followed by a series of seated poses and ending with a guided relaxation. You will feel a sense of balance and peace.
yoga for flexibility
A multi-level class designed to increase and maintain strength and flexibility. Great for athletes, dancers, golfers, tennis players and those who want to decrease stress and improve overall health. The class consists of instruction in breathing, poses, some yoga flow and savasana.
